These unique forget me nots are organicaly made from 2 real forget me not flowers, using the delicate little details from the flowers, transferred onto the clay. it was very fiddly but the outcome is so pretty.
These earrings have been made using Art clay silver which is a well known reputable supplier of precious metal clay.
The lengthy process with metal clay takes hours to complete, it is so fascinating.
using my tools and many different stages, the clay is rolled and moulded, dried and sanded ready for the kiln.
once fired in my kiln, the clay is now a solid silver form and the process continues.
